Join Dorothy “Dor” Mullen, Founder of the Princeton-based Suppers Programs, for “Fermentation: Everything You’ve Ever Wanted to Know” in an important class to learn about fermentation and the benefits.
Dor will demonstrate natural salt fermentation techniques using an assortment of herbs and vegetables to make homemade kraut and kimchi. In this seminar, you will learn to capture the lactobacilli bacteria that “pickle” the healthy vegetables, and how they work to improve your gut health.
This workshop will be an interactive and informative session for anyone with digestive problems, inflammation, arthritis, allergies, insomnia, depression and/or anxiety, among many other health conditions.
