It’s time to start making your health a priority.
Whether your goal is to lose a few pounds, learn to eat healthier, or reduce the stress in your life, our group health coaching program will help give you the tools needed to set yourself up for success. This program is ideal for people looking to make lifestyle changes while receiving support from a small group of like-minded individuals.
As a group, you will address the factors that stand in the way of your physical and emotional well-being. All participants will benefit from the guidance provided by Beth Santry, our certified health coach, and the accountability of the weekly group sessions. This six-week program will include information on:
- Motivation and Clean Eating
- Gut Health, Sugar, and Cravings
- Benefits and Importance of Sleep
- Stress Reduction
- Primary Food Vs. Secondary Food
The ultimate goal of this program is to identify what has been interfering with achieving your goals, build your self-confidence, and gently steer you towards a healthy lifestyle.

Session 6 – Monday, May 21st @ 7PM
