Brigitte is our compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant, deeply committed to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Brigitte completed her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University before earning her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Canisius University. Although she was initially drawn to patient education and preventive medicine, she quickly recognized that conventional medicine’s symptom-focused model would not allow her to make the difference she truly wanted to make.
From the very beginning of her career, Brigitte pursued integrative medicine—spending her first year as a PA-C in integrative oncology and helping cancer patients address the root causes driving their disease through dietary, lifestyle, and advanced therapeutic interventions.
Her passion for mind-body medicine developed during her graduate research, where she studied the long-term effects of slow, deep breathing on heart rate variability—or HRV—for chronic stress management. She presented this research at the American College of Preventive Medicine’s Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., in 2024.
Brigitte went on to become certified in HRV biofeedback through the HeartMath Institute, equipping her to help patients measurably shift out of chronic stress states and build lasting resilience through heart-brain coherence practices.
Brigitte is currently completing a fellowship and Master’s degree in Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University’s Marcus Institute, with a focus on developing structured lifestyle and mind-body medicine programs for cancer patients.
At Magaziner Center, Brigitte incorporates Neuro Emotional Technique—or NET—a powerful mind-body approach used to identify and release stored emotional patterns that may manifest as physical symptoms or interfere with healing.
She also applies a terrain-based framework within our integrative cancer support program to uncover the underlying imbalances contributing to disease. Additionally, she offers mind-body medicine to support stress management, emotional healing, and general health and wellness.
Brigitte believes that true healing requires addressing not only the body, but also the emotional and energetic landscape that shapes our health. Her goal is to empower every patient with the tools, insight, and support they need to heal from the inside out.
Outside of work, Brigitte enjoys hiking and spending time in nature, crafting, watching soccer, and relaxing with her cats, Kimchi and Figgy.
